Webb Fontaine is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the company at the Yerevan office

The Webb Fontaine Group is a global company providing e-government systems and e-trade solutions with a mission to simplify the work of governments, businesses and citizens. Webb Fontaine is a branch of Webb Fontaine Group focused on the development of Java-based applications on a proprietary platform.

Company has branch offices in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. Webb Fontaine Armenia has been operating since 2005. Now around 90 people are working there.

Senior QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

Understand QA processes to align with business requirements to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases throughout the development life cycle;
Work independently to plan, schedule and execute automated software tests;
Automate tests and develop automated regression test suites using the most advanced technologies in the field;
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and perform early testing on components prior to integration builds;
Be proactive and stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies;
Schedule, organize and accomplish tasks within deadlines.

Qualifications & Competencies

• BS in Computer Science or a related field;
• 2 + years of experience in QA Web Automation with solid progression in responsibility;
• Previous experience in Manual QA is a must;
• Experience in web, mobile and desktop applications testing;
• Willingness to work with Java, Spock, Selenium Web Driver (previous experience is a big plus);
• Knowledge of Java or Selenium based other frameworks is a big plus;
• Solid knowledge of the quality assurance techniques, testing concepts, methodologies and tools;
• Ability to apply quality assurance knowledge to in-depth testing and test plans;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate and research multiple sources;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English language;
• Willingness to travel.
