PUBLIQ is a non-profit Foundation aiming to build and maintain a free media environment creating a decentralized independent communication and wealth distribution platform powered by blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence for anyone who wants to post news and any type of articles.

A blockchain-powered infrastructure removes intermediaries and secures the authenticity of the content distributed into the network. While an AI algorithm is used in the recommendation system for the readers, cognitive search bot, plus for displaying alternative opinions for the readers and help advertisers to achieve an accurate placement.

To build an ecosystem free from censorship and to remove from the chain of creation and distribution traditional means of publishing houses, the platform introduced its own scoring system based on readers' views and feedback. Based on the score authors are assigned reward on a daily bases. Besides, platform introduced PBQ tokens that support a distribution mechanism and give room for the advertisers.
