Live Dealer Casino Product Manager

Digitain is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and rollout the Live Dealer Casino product as part of the company's vision and strategy.
is a leading provider of Omni-channel iGaming software solutions to the online, mobile and land-based verticals. The multi-channel Digitain Gaming Platform allows operators to plug-in sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and virtual sports modules, and includes an integrated payment gateway, bonus engine, CRM system, and dedicated customer support.

In 2018 Digitain won the 'Rising Star in Sports Betting Technology' at the Central and Eastern European Gaming Awards.
Product Manager
Responsibilities
  • Lead the continuous discovery and development of the Live Dealer Casino product by managing the design and implementation of new and improvement of existing product features
  • Formulate the product vision and strategy and set-up a roadmap for cross-functional teams
  • Co-operate with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, improve organizational alignment, co-ordinate product placement with Sales and Marketing, to ensure project success
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create and refine designs and prototypes
  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize themes, epics and stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value to our customers and our business and aligned with product strategy
  • Prioritize features, co-ordinate resources and maintain the product backlog according to the product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Plan product releases and set expectation for delivery of new functionality
  • Perform an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyze the market, our users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Qualifications & Competencies
  • BS or MS in computer science or equivalent working experience
  • Experience of UI/UX design process in companies and related products with process tools
  • At least 4 years of previous proven working experience as a Live Casio Product Owner
  • In-depth knowledge of Product Discovery, Agile process and modern design principles
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, Russian knowledge is a plus
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skill
